Workmanship and Materials
For a period of two (2) years from the warranty date, your home is
warranted to be free from defects caused by faulty workmanship or
defective materials.
Installation of Systems
For a period of two (2) years from the warranty date, your home is
warranted to be free from defects caused by faulty installation of
plumbing, electrical, heating, cooling or ventilating systems.
*This warranty does not cover fixtures, appliances, or items of equipment associated with these systems*
Roof and Roof Systems
For a period of four (4) years from the warranty date, your home is
warranted to be free from defects caused by faulty workmanship or
defective materials in the roof or roof systems.
Structural Integrity
For a period of ten (10) years from the warranty date, your home is
warranted to be free from major structural defects that compromise
the safety or livability of your home.
